I am an aircraft engineer with 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.

In December 2020, I have successfully defended my Ph.D. dissertation devoted to some design aspects of boxwing aircraft.

The list of my computer skills includes NX, Teamcenter Engineering, Ansys FLUENT, ICEM, X-Foil, FlowEFD, and Matlab.

I hold the idea of lifelong learning in high regard. For this reason, since 2017, I have taken several courses on the EdX and Coursera platforms, including courses in Aerodynamics, CFD, and Python. I have completed a course in Public Speaking, as well as the Emotional Intelligence course, to give better conference talks and enhance my general communication skills.

In February 2021, I have composed the outlines for two Moscow Aviation Institute Ph.D. courses. Currently, I give these courses, as well as my new course on Academic writing and reviewing, to MAI Ph.D. students. Also, I have created an online course, Introduction to Aircraft Aerodynamics, which you can find here: https://en.mai.ru/education/online/aerodynamic_design/.

In spring 2023, one of the most challenging endeavors in my life has been completed, which is editing the translation of our classical textbook on aircraft design by Eger into English. Hopefully, it will soon see the light of day!

Since 2020, I write reviews for the Aerospace Systems journal and two MDPI journals, Aerospace and Energy.

My typing speed is approximately 224 signs per minute (Russian), 160 signs per minute (English).

Since 2012, I have been voluntarily donating blood because it is a way to help people.

Since 2008, I have been teaching the modern Greek language because I enjoy sharing my knowledge and because I like this beautiful language of Aristotle and Plato.

To run my first public half marathon in Yaroslavl in 2020, I have graduated from a BSU running school.

Since 2022, I have been enjoyed working hard as a member of a team developing the Long Endurance Mars Exploration Flying Vehicle, or LEMFEV for short. This is an outstanding, tremendous boost to my engineering and scientific abilities!
